Greetings Traveler — stay a while.
"I'm glad you're here friend, are you ready for an adventure?"
Hey there, I'm the Sabrina, and welcome to my tavern.
I'm a product manager with experience in e-commerce and healthcare, a background in designing delightful desktop and mobile experiences, and a special love for user research ~
Most recently, I was a Product Manager working on the Battle.net Web team at Blizzard Entertainment to deliver games and online products to players around the globe! My domain included: the storefront (an e-commerce platform valued at $1B+), the Downloads app, News, and Forums.
Beginning Fall 2024, I'll returning part-time to academia to pursue my Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Machine Learning at [COMING SOON™ tehe].
My Background
I graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, specializing in Information (Big Data Systems), where I also spent my penultimate year researching toxicity, extremism, and other "disruptive behaviors" in online gaming spaces. This is also where I fell in love with mixed methods user research in the process of leading Design at Commit the Change, a student organization delivering software solutions to local non-profits.
